Instruction and/or training provided by Call 2 Arms, its employees or agents

Your use of any training, skills, information or materials received through Call 2 Arms is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any training, skills, information or materials received through Call 2 Arms meet your specific requirements, and that any information or material acquired through Call 2 Arms is used in a lawful manner for it's intended lawful purpose.

Participant health and safety

Anyone attending a Call 2 Arms course does so at their own risk. Call 2 Arms will take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of participants. Call 2 Arms and its agents cannot be held liable for any health issues or injuries that may arise from attendance. Payment for class acknowledges you have read and understood this agreement and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Call 2 Arms and its agents and actors free from any liability. Attendance to the class is a secondary form of acknowledgement for the above.

(COVID-19)

Persons attending any course will be asked to use personal protective equipment that may include the use of disposable masks and gloves. Refusal to do so will void your attendance for the class and forfeit any payments made.  Any persons feeling ill or displaying symptoms of illness should not attend or may be asked to leave the class. Participants will be asked to verify their health status with regard to COVID and related symptoms upon arrival.

Class size will be limited to allow for safe distancing. Class sizes will be limited to a maximum of three. A maximum of four persons will be allowed to train together if they are from the same household. The regular use of disinfectant will be used throughout the facility and on the training equipment.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

​

Payment: Full and complete payment is required to reserve your seat for all training. All fees must be paid in full via e-transfer once you have confirmed attendance, minimum of 72hrs prior to scheduled training.

​

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. A training credit will be provided for any cancellation. Credit is non-transferable. Credit will be provided only for the class that was originally signed up for, no substitutions. Credits will only be issued if a full 24hrs notice is given prior to date of course (midnight cut off). Any credit not utilized within 60 days will be cancelled without notice. It is the responsibility of the  person to whom the credit is issued to make every reasonable effort to be available for alternate training dates offered.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about classes, training opportunities or changes to this privacy policy. You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time by contacting us via the email address.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit information via the website, your information is protected. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
